Policies:
- Check in: 4:00 pm, earlier with prior
approval
- Check out: 11:00 am, later with prior
approval
- Deposits required: 35% to hold
reservation within 7 days
- Country Cottage accepts: cash, check,
or US Postal money order only.
- Registered guests only: Please consult
with us before inviting guests.
- Confirmation: Upon receipt of your
deposit, you will receive a contract showing balance due, reservation
dates, and directions.
- Cancellation: Deposit refunded if we
are able to rent your cabin dates.
- Holiday Reservations: 3 day minimum.
- Not Supplied: Bed linens, towels, wash
cloths.
- Country Cottage is smoke free.
- Previously Approved Pets welcome, $10.00 nightly
- Maximum Occupancy: 10 persons including
children.
- Tents on property only with owners written permission
Full kitchen includes dishes, pan, microwave, refrigerator , stove , and coffee pot. You will need to bring only personal
toiletry items, bed linens, and towels. Linens available at additional cost.
Country Cottage and Cabin have smoke free policies.
Previously Approved Pets Welcome.
