Policies:

• Check in: 4:00 pm, earlier with prior approval
• Check out: 11:00 am, later with prior approval
• Deposits required: 35% to hold reservation within 7 days
• Country Cottage accepts: cash, check, or US Postal money order only.
• Registered guests only: Please consult with us before inviting guests.
• Confirmation: Upon receipt of your deposit, you will receive a contract showing balance due, reservation dates, and directions.
• Cancellation: Deposit refunded if we are able to rent your cabin dates.
• Holiday Reservations: 3 day minimum.
• Not Supplied: Bed linens, towels, wash cloths.
• Country Cottage is smoke free.
• Previously Approved Pets welcome, $10.00 nightly
• Maximum Occupancy: 10 persons including children.
• Tents on property only with owners written permission

You will need to bring only personal toiletry items, bed linens, and towels. Linens available at additional cost.
